This collaboration with the incredibly talented Jackson Holstein at Granville Wine Co. is a big success. The resulting wine opens with aromas of dark plums, cinnamon and a warm blueberry scone. The wine’s crisp acidity and velvety tannins unite to create a pleasingly smooth texture. Flavors of Bing cherry, black tea and a bit of root beer are just the icing on the cake.
