The 2022 ‘Reserve’ Chardonnay comes from the Chehalem Mountains AVA and was made by Jackson Holstein. It is heady and wonderfully reductive with its flinty notes on the palate. Layers of tropical, melon and citrus fruits all collide with copious minerals and a great push/pull between saline and stony nuances. This is a stunning new Chardonnay that is already beautifully evolved.
